See every message people send through your website's forms, newest first, in the app's Inbox or under Forms on the web.

When someone fills in a form on your website, such as a contact form or a quote request, it arrives in the portal as a lead.

Where to find them

In the app: select Inbox at the bottom of the screen. The Forms tab lists your latest leads, and the number on it is how many are new.
On the web: select Forms in the sidebar.

Each lead in the list shows:

the person’s name. If your form asks for first and last name separately, you see both together.
which form they used, and the start of their message.
when it arrived.
its status, unless it’s still new. New leads have a dot next to them instead.

Select a lead to read the whole message and see everything the person entered.

Status	Meaning
New	Nobody has opened it yet.
In progress	Someone on your team is working on it.
Replied	You’ve answered the person.
Archived	Finished, and kept out of the way.
Spam	Not a real enquiry.
